Governance meetings

Governance meetings, like tactical meetings, take place at team level. The purpose of a governance meeting is to change the very structure of the team. For example, the team may use a governance meeting to:

• Create, remove or change the role distribution in the team

• Create, remove or change agreements and frameworks in the team

• Choose new people to hold the permanent positions of meeting facilitator, secretary, etc.
