Next:Gen Accelerator is a personal leadership development program for people leading others, projects or change and working with impact across organisations.
We have designed Next:Gen to specifically accelerate the potential of emerging leaders across functions both in the private and the public sector.
This programme is for those who trust us when we say, that leadership is not a soft skill. It is not a academic endeavour or a participation sport. The skillset of leaders cannot be obtained from reading books or from doing case studies. And it most certainly cannot be done alone.
Leadership must be advanced trough first hand experience, catalysed through real life dilemmas and road blocks, challenged by experienced mentors that dare to expect more of your potential. And lastly it must be supported and witnessed by trusted piers, that will lift you up and rightly celebrate you, because they too know, that it is a courageous act to seek ones own development.
Most of us experience the effects of the global world economy and understand how this development entails a natural demand for higher levels of education and training than previous generations required.
What many do not understand is that this development also entails a higher demand for our psychological resources. This means a greater capacity for innovation, self-leadership, personal responsibility, cooperation and self-management.
